Here are 10 mental health resolutions for you
Limit/cut your relationship with toxic people
Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday
Avoid taking naps during the day
Stay away from electronic devices 60 mins before bedtime
Limit caffeine, sugar and alcohol before bed time
Try something new.
Join a book club, sports team or volunteer
Chalk out a time for yourself in your daily calnder that will be your ME time.
Discover things that make you happy and incorporate them to your everyday schedule
Do not let social media tell you what body type is right.
