None of us can escape sadness.
All of us feel sad at one point or the other.
But sadness can be dealt with...
Here are 7 ways you can feel better if you are feeling low and sad for any reason
WRITE
Do writing or any other creative work that involves paper and pen
Creative processes can act as outlet for your pent up emotions making you feel better
HELP OTHERS
Bringing a smile tp someone else's face will also help lift your mood
You can help a friend, help the homeless or even help around the house
CLEAN
Cleaning makes you feel better about your surroundings.
Living in unkempt surroundings will only increase your frustration
MAKE A PLAN, WORK ON IT
If the problem can be fixed, fix it.
If the problem cannot be fixed. Work on not getting stuck in the same problem again.
Check what can be improved and work towards improving it.
MOVE
Sitting around and moping will not help.
Get up. Get out of the house. Meet people
Do some exercise. Exercise produce endorphins which act as mood boosters
DO SOME SELF CARE
Being sad has the biggest effect on your self care routine.
Eat well. Sleep well. Listen to your body
GET HELP
We all come across situations where the problem is too much to handle
If you are stuck in something similar, you need to get help
